Feldenkrais & Dementia

There are many studies coming out to show the benefit of physical exercise for preventing Dementia. the FM is very useful in this area of prevention as it creates new pathways & deletes old pathways in the brain. In other words it encourages neuroplasticity while changing persistent habits by changing the way we move & think. Awareness through Movement lessons can be useful in the early stages & Functional Integration in the later stages. Establishing new, more efficient habits is good for all of us in so many ways. I Would love to hear some comments on this post.
